  • Wednesday, May 22nd, 5:30pm – 7:00pm

  • 1.5 General CLE Credits
  • Overview: This training specifically focuses on the one-year bar in asylum cases. What is it? Why does it matter? How can a client win asylum if they did not apply for asylum within their first year in the US? The training will also touch on how being diagnosed with HIV can help clients overcome the one-year bar.

This is a free training open to all attorneys, paralegals, law students, and those interested in the legal field. We hope to see you there!
