9th Circuit appellate practitioners will discuss strategies to help federal litigators preserve arguments and maximize their chances of success on appeal:

• Program will address issues in each phase of trial and how they can impact an eventual appeal

• Discussion will encompass both civil and criminal litigation issues

• Panelists are experienced 9th Circuit practitioners and include several former 9th Circuit law clerk
