The panelists will discuss the requirements for creating/building new condominiums (even to existing single family homes or apartment buildings), and the conversion of apartments and commercial units to condominiums. The panelists will also explain the role that Accessory Dwelling Units are playing in affordable housing, and will discuss innovative ways to address zoning issues and to expedite the approval process with the Planning Department.
