Summary
The Barristers Labor and Employment section will present a panel discussion about the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act. Panelists will discuss the history behind PAGA statutes, how PAGA litigation works, and practical tips for prosecuting and defending PAGA claims. Panel participants include one of the drafters of the 2016 amendments to the PAGA statutes and attorneys who have substantial experience in PAGA litigation.
