With #metoo, Time's Up, and record numbers of first-time female candidates running for office, 2018 has been hailed as the "Year of the Woman." But what about women in the courtroom? Our panel this year will discuss the role of gender in jury trials and the courtroom, addressing successes, persistent struggles, and how it all shakes out in the jury room and with the Court. After the panel presentation, members of the bench and the bar engage in small table discussions.
