Join Alameda County Superior Court Judge the Honorable Kimberley Colwell and Legal Assistance for Seniors' Senior Staff Attorney Elizabeth Combs for discussion of the many ethical and professional duties in the attorney client relationship and how they apply to older adults clients. We will discuss unique complications that commonly arise in representing older adults and will address how to prevent and plan for these ethically tricky situations. We will also work through navigating complicated family and support structures that must be considered when working with older adults.
