 Ever take an instant disliking to someone? Or immediately “hit it off”? It turns out that we use different behavior styles in communication. Each style connects differently with other styles. In this engaging session, participants will identify their individual behavior style, understand the bias that their behavior style can create when connecting with other people, and learn how to eliminate the bias.
