In the past year, dozens in the entertainment industry have come forward with stories about discrimination
and harassment in their work environment. For companies to mitigate the risks of multi-million dollar lawsuits or a damning public image, it is imperative they implement effective preventative measures. This program will provide tools to reevaluate and revamp
discrimination and harassment preventative measures in the workplace.
