This panel will take a look at the effects of the remedy and remand provisions and requirements in the revised CEQA Guidelines which are expected to be adopted soon. The revisions represent the most comprehensive update to the Guidelines since the late 1990s.
This panel will present a government/agency perspective, a private party/developer perspective, and a litigation perspective.
