With the Prop 65 regulations now in effect and an ever-increasing number of Prop 65 claims brought every day, this panel is for anyone looking for an overview of Prop 65 and guidance on how to help clients navigate it. The program will explore everything from the requirements applicable to a Notice of Violation and how to respond to such a notice, to important considerations in settling a Prop 65 claim and assessing the risk of exposure under Prop 65.
