Tales of Two Cities: SF and Oakland Cannabis Equity Programs
Business lawyers and representatives from both SF and Oakland City Government will present an overview and comparison of the cannabis equity programs (the effort to assist local communities and/or individuals who have been disproportionately impacted by anti-cannabis laws in the past to move into the fast growing now-legal cannabis industry) for San Francisco and Oakland. We will have a discussion of the pitfalls and barriers to entry into cannabis industry as an equity and non equity applicant.
