Classification of Workers as Employees vs. Independent Contractors After Dynamex
This program will focus on impact of the recent California Supreme Court case, Dynamex v. Lee on the independent contractor/free lancer economy, and the changes business owners will need to implement to ensure compliance with employment/labor and tax laws and regulations.
