The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act made significant changes to the treatment of individual and corporate taxpayers beginning January 1, 2018. The panel will discuss the impact of some of the key changes (such as the new limitations on NOLs) on corporate and individual debtors as well as buyers of distressed assets.
