Tree and Neighbor Litigation
Please join us for a discussion of the nuances of tree and neighbor litigation in California. We will cover the potentially lucrative areas of litigating neighborhood disputes over tree encroachment, views, boundary disputes related to trees, and whether or not someone can simply cut a tree on their property.
This program will be helpful to those with some familiarity with this area of law, as well as those who don't typically practice in the area.
Light lunch provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food.

Please note: there will be a $10 administrative fee if you cannot make the program, and do not cancel 24 hours in advance. A $10 fee will also be assessed for day-of and walk-in registrations.
