About the Speaker:
Jim W. Hildreth is a mediator specializing in real estate disputes. He is also a Superior Court Civil Mediation Panel member for Alameda, Calaveras, El Dorado, Fresno, Merced, Kings, Solano, Stanislaus, Tulare and Tuolumne County Superior Courts. With 40 years as a real estate broker and 12 years on the Sonora City Council and 2 years as mayor, he has broad experience in negotiating.
