Practical Advice From a Mediation Expert
Steve Rosenberg is one of the Bay Area's preeminent mediators and trainers of mediators. He will address: (1) How to deal with difficult situations; (2) Confidentiality at mediation; and (3) Mediation briefs. He invites questions on current topics.
As anyone who has trained with Steve can attest, the value in his presentation will come most from audience questions that need practical advice. Steve's thoughts are invaluable for both lawyer advocates and mediators alike.
