The Right to Repair Act and Wildfire Reconstruction

 

In January 2018, the California Supreme Court held that SB 800 is a homeowner’s exclusive remedy to resolve claimed construction defects. James Beyers, who represents contractors, and David Berry, who represents homeowners, will provide a roadmap to construction dispute resolution.

With over four decades of experience, Mr. Beyers brings a high degree of pragmatism, creativity, and problem solving in representing his clients’ interests.
