Recent Caselaw and Strategies in Immigration Court
Co-sponsored by the ACBA Immigration Section and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) of Nor Cal
Hear from Immigration Judges Carol A. King (Ret.) and Polly Webber (Ret.) on effective case strategies in immigration court. The judges will address how recent decisions by Attorney General Sessions, the BIA, and the federal courts impact these strategies, including asylum strategy after Matter of A-B-.
