Kevin Kish, Director of the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, will be speaking at the Labor & Employment section meeting.

The topic is DFEH Agency’s Top Priorities for 2018/2019 and an Update on the Technological Advancements the Agency is Making

This is a must-attend program for anyone who deals with the DFEH in any respect, which includes every attorney that does any employment work. This program also will be important for those mediators who have ADR cases involving employment matters. It is not often that we have an Agency representative available to speak in a small group setting so this promises to be a well attended program.
