ICE Workplace Audits & Raids

What Business Owners and Their Attorneys Should Know 

The Attorney General is suing California over its new Immigrant Worker Protection Act because it limits employer cooperation with ICE.  Join us to find out what employers can do to navigate the competing demands of state and federal law when ICE conducts an I-9 audit or workplace raid. This CLE also will address employee rights when interacting with ICE.

 

Light lunch provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food.

Please note: there will be a $10 administrative fee if you cannot make the program, and do not cancel 24 hours in advance. A $10 fee will also be assessed for day-of and walk-in registrations.
