Advanced Issues in PAGA Litigation

Fourteen years after the enactment of PAGA, there are a number of procedural “holes” left unaddressed by the PAGA statute. This panel will move past the basics of PAGA and focus on the thorny issues that arise as a PAGA action advances toward trial. These issues are relevant to both employee- & management-side practitioners.
