Changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure Affecting Chapter 13 Cases
This program will discuss changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure that took effect on December 1, 2017, including proof of claim by secured creditors, claims bar dates, objection to claims and determination of value under 11 USC Section 506(a) and lien avoidance.
Light lunch provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own food.
