Mr. Kerosky is the founder and principal of the law firm, Kerosky Purves & Bogue, with offices located in San Francisco, Napa, Santa Rosa, Ukiah, Sacramento, Walnut Creek and San Jose. Mr. Kerosky is a graduate of UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law and a former trial lawyer for the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C. He writes a legal column for the bilingual newspaper La Voz, as well as other ethnic newspapers. Mr. Kerosky is also a member of the Sonoma County Human Rights Commission. He serves as Honorary Consul for the Republic of Poland and his office operates as the Consulate of Poland in San Francisco.

Ms. Gallelli, has been practicing law since 2004. Her experience includes immigration law, estate planning, closely-held businesses and non-profit organizations. Before joining Kerosky Purves & Bogue, Ms. Gallelli practiced transactional law at Toews Law in San Luis Obispo, CA and later joined her brother at the Gallelli & Gallelli, Inc., law firm in Beverly Hills, CA. She interned at the City of Burbank City Attorney’s Office and with the Brazilian international law firm, Noronha-Advogados. Ms. Gallelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from California State University Northridge and a Juris Doctor degree from University of La Verne Law School. Affiliations include membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the advisory council for the Sonoma County Latino Service Providers and the Board of Directors of the Help A Life Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that establishes schools in Africa for orphan girls. Ms. Gallelli speaks fluent Spanish, French and Italian and speaks conversational Portuguese and Lithuanian.
