A computer forensic expert will provide insights on litigation where electronic evidence is key. ther will also be discussion of tips on securing electronic evidence and authenticating evidence for trial.

 

 

Melanie Maugeri is the Associate Director of Cyber Investigations at KIVU Consulting. She has extensive experience working with litigators collecting electronic data and testifying regarding the legal implication of such data.
