Gender bias issues continue to plague the judicial system.  This panel will discuss the personal experiences of gender bias by judicial officers, other attorneys, and court room staff. The panel will discuss judicial actions to remedy gender bias in litigation, and how the Bar and its members can work to fight this continuing problem.
