Ms. Bader has been practicing 30 years in the areas of employment and business counseling, training, mechanic liens, and employment litigation. Her current practice includes sexual harassment training and other trainings, investigations, mediation and arbitration, as well as other alternatives for conflict resolution. Ms. Bader continues to counsel businesses and individuals and litigates in court and before administrative agencies such as the Labor Commissioner, the Employment Development Department, the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, Cal-OSHA, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing/Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, CA Department of Licensing, CA Department of Insurance, Cal-PERS and other Retirement Associations and before the California State Personnel Board and other public entities. Ms. Bader has performed numerous workshops and trainings for the Personnel Perspective, Lorman Business Seminars and the Personnel Association of Sonoma County (PASCO), in diverse topics related to employment issues and has taught specific employment law classes for the Santa Rosa Junior College. She has also written extensively in the subjects of employment law, and appeared in the Sonoma Business Journal and the Press Democrat.

Mr. King is an AV rated employment lawyer with over thirty years of litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts. He practices in all areas of employment law including wrongful employment termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment retaliation, wage and hour law, trade secrets litigation, contract disputes, and contract drafting. Mr. King has also litigated and tried cases in the fields of personal injury, real estate and contract law. He serves as a mediator in all civil litigation matters. Mr. King currently sits on the Petaluma City Counsel and has served on the Sonoma County Bar Association Board of Directors and the Sonoma County Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee. He was President of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce from 2005-2006 and was on its Board from 2000-2007.

Ms. Watson has been in private practice in Santa Rosa since 1989. Beginning in 1996, she was with the firm of Bozman-Moss & Watson and is now a solo practitioner.

 

Ms. Watson has experience in all aspects of labor and employment law. She began her labor law career in 1977 at the National Labor Relations Board, Division of Advice, in Washington, D.C., later transferring to Region 20 of the NLRB in San Francisco as a trial attorney. Since 1989, Ms. Watson has had a varied practice, which includes working with employers on an ongoing basis to develop policies and procedures to help them avoid litigation and promote fairness in the workplace. She also litigates cases for employers and plaintiffs, and has acted as a mediator.

 

She was the head of the Labor & Employment Law section of the Sonoma County Bar Association for 10 years and also acts as a volunteer arbitrator, mediator and settlement conference panelist for the Sonoma County courts.
