Please join the San Mateo County Bar for our annual update. We are pleased to have Michael Desmarais, Robert Temmerman, Jr., and John Prokey to present this annual update. Join your friends and colleagues as our trio of well-respected experts in Trust and Estate law discuss the upcoming changes to the probate code, appellate decisions in the trust and estate area over the past year, and Federal tax law changes and cases.
Cost:
Cost is $40 for Estate Planning Section Members who inform us in advance that they will attend and $55 for others. Cost includes lunch and 1 hour MCLE.
