Speaker Bios
Nathan Scheg is a Shareholder at Ironhorse Law Group, PC. and represents clients in a broad spectrum of areas focused on and related to real estate and construction law. Mr. Scheg represents some of California’s largest developers and general contractors, small businesses, and individual homeowners in all facets of litigation, from pre-litigation through dispute resolution or trial, in matters including lease negotiations, construction disputes, mechanic’s liens, contract disputes, neighbor disputes, unlawful detainers, wrongful foreclosure and a large variety of other residential and commercial real estate matters.
Robert Cooley is a Principal and CEO at Cooley Architectural Corporation. Mr. Cooley is a licensed architect and California Certified Access Specialist (CASp) with over 12 years of experience on multiple types of commercial and mixed-use residential projects specializing in retail, grocery, and universally accessible design. His specialties include adaptive use, LEED, and all the skills needed to provide a full scope of architectural services. As a CASp, his focus is to aid businesses to become access compliant and place them in a position to better defend themselves against serial ADA litigation.
