You'll also learn how to select a trademark that is federally registrable and legally protectable.

Utility and Design Patent Specialist 1-on-1 Meetings!
The Silicon Valley USPTO offers the ability for entrepreneurs and independent inventors to schedule a twenty minute 1-on-1 in-person meeting with a USPTO utility or design patent prosecution specialist to discuss the patent process at our regional office in San Jose City Hall. The meetings will provide individuals with an opportunity to seek assistance with their inventions and the patent process, and serve as a complement to our ongoing educational programming.
