PROGRAM:

Learn how Measure AA has amended owner move-in evictions.  This workshop will go over the recent changes to the Berkeley Rent Control Ordinance by focusing on the new owner move-in eviction requirements, procedures and obligations. It will cover the increase in relocation funds and the additional tenant protections.
