Ms. Corina D. Rollins is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has been a practicing real estate appraiser since 1978. She is also a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. She has a lifetime teaching credential in real estate and has taught  for over 25 years. Her work includes appraisals and market studies for lenders, attorneys, accountants, and other entities including Federal Agencies.
