Please join us for a presentation with the Honorable Charles Novak to discuss the new Northern District of California Chapter 13 fee guidelines and applications which apply to cases filed after January 1, 2019. Our speakers will provide an overview of the new initial base fees and add-on fees. They will also discuss supplemental fee guidelines and applications for services rendered beyond the initial fees, including discussion of the new short form fee application for applicants who elect to see compensation at an hourly rate. We will solicit frequently asked questions for the speakers to answer and will allow for additional questions at the end of the program.
