Electronically stored information is increasingly relevant in court cases. The types of digital information that can assist a client's case is ever-changing and expanding. This course aims to highlight these new items and explain how attorneys can capture the data and translate it into a format appropriate for court. It will also address the new standards for presenting court-admissible electronic data.
