Ms. Choi is a former federal prosecutor who went on to a lengthy career in the SEC, including serving as the Regional Director of the SEC's San Francisco Regional Office from 2013-2018. Mr. Fagel spent 15 years at the SEC, including serving as Regional Director of the SEC's San Francisco Regional Office from 2008-2013. The Moderator, Timothy Crudo, was an Assistant United States Attorney in San Francisco, where he served as Chief of the Securities Fraud Section.
