    Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. on the day of each session. Call 866-572-7587 or sign up in person at the information desk. We are usually able to see 16-24 persons per evening for up to twenty minutes per person. You will be given a number at the time of registration and must come to the information desk by 6:00 p.m. to sign in and pick up your ticket. Appointments with attorneys will start at 6:00 p.m. Persons will be seen in numerical order.

    We are usually able to see 14 persons per evening for up to twenty minutes per person. On the day of each session, be in line by 5:00 P.M. in the art gallery of the library. At 5:00 P.M. a library staff member will take your name, give you a number and hand you an information sheet which you will date, sign and give to the attorney later. Visits will start at 6:00 P.M. Persons will be seen in numerical order. They will not discuss criminal cases. See future dates for this on our Calendar tab. The Library also has self-help legal books published by Nolo for check out and to use in the Library. We have websites recommended by the Benicia legal community and more websites to help you.
