The standing committees of the San Francisco Paralegal Association operate independently of the Board of Directors and further the developmental, educational, and professional goals of the San Francisco Paralegal Association.
Community Service and Pro BonoChair Bettye GadisonThe mission of the San Francisco Paralegal Association Pro Bono/Community Service Committee is to develop partnerships with attorneys, bar associations, community service organizations and other non-profit agencies to coordinate pro bono efforts and provide high quality support within the San Francisco and East Bay communities in serving socially and economically disadvantaged community members. Working closely as a team through a spirit of camaraderie, the Committee endeavors to promote equality, justice and fairness to by offering help to others in need. |

Marketing and MembershipThe Marketing and Membership committee is responsible for maintaining membership information for the San Francisco Paralegal Association. This includes marketing the San Francisco Paralegal Association to prospective members, welcoming new members, and following up with inactive members. The Marketing and Membership Committee also handles all marketing and membership requests from sustaining members and vendors. |

Systems and TechnologyChair Brian MetzkerThe Systems and Technology Committee maintains the San Francisco Paralegal Association website and schedules legal software training courses for San Francisco Paralegal Association members. |
