I have been an Executive Director of non-profit associations for over twenty five plus years. This position has afforded me the opportunity to encounter and handle just about every conceivable association situation. This experience enables me to anticipate unforeseen or possibly overlooked details which secure smooth and successful daily operations, periodic functions and special events. As principal negotiator of all our client contracts. I oversees all outgoing work and am responsible for working closely with the Association's Treasurers on budgeting and financial matters. SMG designs and implements cost effective, profitable and professional management programs for non-profit organizations. As SMG's clients have grown and developed over time, so has SMG's capabilities. Among our present clientele, SMG manages associations such as the San Francisco Paralegal Association, Financial Women's Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, Professional Women’s Network, a Banking Association plus three insurance associations.
